Abstract
This study aims todetermine and analyze how the quality of public services in making e-ID cards in Pujud sub-district, Rokan downstream district. There are six indicators of this research used by the author in this study, namely, Transparency, Accountability, Conditional, Participatory, Qquality of Rights, Balance of Rights and Obligations. The type of research located in Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency, used descriptive analysis research methods with a quantitative approach, which directly conducts research to the Pujud sub disrict office of Rokan Hilir Regency, in order to get the existing problems based on the actual facts at the time of research by using descriptive survey research type with questioonaires, interviews, ovservations, and documentation as a tool to collect data. The technique of taking research informants was carried out using a purposive samplimg technique, namely the method of determining informants based on the characteristics of the subject in accordance with thw research objectives.based on the research that has been done, the results show that the quality of public services in making e-ktp in the pPujud sub dictrict, Rokan downstream district has constraunts in facilities and infrastructure in services such as a poor network resulting in delayed service, the long distance factor to Ducakpil causes people to prefer to take care of it throught brokers, and alsi the lacj of thoroughness of employees in serving the community so that people feel less satisfied, suggestions from researchers for this research are thar it is recommended that employees provide maximum service and also that the maximum service and also that the local government in Rokan Hilir can place UPTD Ducakpil in Pujud District.
