Abstract

In this modern era, there are many increasingly sophisticated technologies, it is undeniable that there is a need for security for consumers as users of emerging advanced technology developments such as electronic equipment that needs to be enforced by the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) in order to ensure safety and not harm consumers. Supervision of the circulation of electronic goods is an effort in providing protection to consumers. However, the supervision has not been carried out in accordance with the stipulated time standard and the sanctions given to business actors are not in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures if electronic goods are found not to be SNI. So that in this problem research is carried out with quantitative methods. Where the research location was conducted in Pekanbaru City with saturated sampling technique. In addition, primary data and secondary data were used in questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation in this study. Where the results of this study are the indicators for measuring the implementation of activities in the good category, while the indicators for setting standards, determining the measurement of the implementation of activities, comparing the implementation of activities and making decisions on corrective actions are in a fairly good category.
