Abstract

Credit activities in the community are growing rapidly. The pattern of providing credit by Financial Institutions to the public is manifested in various forms, one of which is online loans. In practice, credit activities always cause new legal problems because the legal rules governing credit are still partial, causing disharmony between one rule and another. The creation of a comprehensive credit law is very necessary to provide legal certainty in credit activities starting from credit agreements, credit guarantees, credit dispute resolution to the execution of credit guarantees.
