Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out and explain the performance of Dumai City Trade Office employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative research method with descriptive survey research type which aims to provide a factual and accurate systematic description of the data in the field. Based on the results of the interview above, the author concludes that the performance of the Dumai City Trade Office (Administrative Study of the Trade Sector During the Covid-19 Pandemic) went well. in carrying out the duties of the Office. Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in a company in accordance with their respective authorities and responsibilities in an effort to achieve the goals of the Government. In this study about the Performance of Dumai City Trade Office Employees (Study of the Administration of Trade Sector During the Covid-19 Pandemic).
