Abstract

Until now, there are still a lot of neglect of the supervisory function of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the absence of open space as a medium for actualization, so the aim of this thesis is nothing but the consistency of the regulations and their application in holding the leadership of the village government as much as possible to implement the supervisory function of the Agency. This research is a qualitative research with the main objective to describe and describe all forms and ways of the Village Government of Bagan Tujuh, Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency in implementing the Supervision Function of the Village Consultative Body. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses domain analysis techniques which are generally used to obtain a general and comprehensive picture of the object / researcher. From the results of this study it was concluded that the Village Consultative Body (BPD) Supervision Unit of village heads in Village was carried out by efforts to improve service quality, develop participatory village climate, change community perceptions and create programs that involve the community.
