Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload on Employee Productivity at PT. GSM (Gunung Sawit Mas) Rantau Panjang Village, Tambusai District, Kab. Rokan Hulu. This research uses quantitative descriptive method, namely by collecting data obtained from respondents through questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people who are employees of PT. GSM, determining the sample using probability sampling method with a standard error of 10%. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and t test (hypothesis). Based on the results of the above calculations, it is known that workload has a significant effect on employee work productivity.
