Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of supervision and organizational commitment on budget performance. The population in this study was the Asahan Regional Apparatus Work Unit (SKPD). The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The research sample consisted of 60 respondents who worked in the finance department. The research data used primary data directly through questionnaires and were analyzed using SPSS 22. Data analysis techniques to test hypotheses using multiple regression analysis tools. The results of this study partially show that the Supervision and Organizational Commitment has an effect on Budget Performance. Simultaneously Supervision and Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Budget Performance.
