Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of communication on employee performance at PT. Asta Karya Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees working at PT. Asta Karya Pekanbaru, totaling 81 people. The sampling technique in this study was to use a purposive sampling technique, namely sampling based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, while the sample in this study consisted of 40 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative analysis techniques using simple linear regression,determination coefficient and t test with help of SPSS 22. This research shows that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Asta Karya Pekanbaru.
