Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze work conflict and employe work stress at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Sudirman 2 Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employeer who work in the company totaling 40 people. The sampling technique in research using then cencus is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as a sample of 40 poeple. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionaire. Data analysis teacniques in this study used SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that employee work conflict is in the good category and work stress is also in the good category.
