Abstract

District Integrated Administrative Service (PATEN) is the implementation of public services in the district from the application stage to the document issuance stage in one place. This study aims to determine the quality and constraints in sub-district integrated administrative services. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The dimension of District Integrated Administrative Services can be seen from five indicators. The results of the study show that the implementation of District Integrated Administrative Services still has three dimensions that have not been achieved, namely tangible, reliability and responsiveness. On the tangible dimension (physical evidence) there is one indicator that is not yet effective, namely the facilities and infrastructure owned by the Inuman Sub-District Office are still not effective because the network owned by the Inuman Sub-District Office is not yet stable even though the Inuman Sub-district Office always pays attention to facilities and infrastructure to create comfortable services . On the reliability dimension, there is one indicator that has not been effective, namely the expertise of service employees, this is because not all employees are able to operate technology. And on the responsiveness dimension, there is one indicator that has not been effective, namely employee discipline. So that the results of services at the Inuman District Office from 2019 to 2021 the number of service requests served has never reached 100%.
