Abstract

This research was conducted in Rokan Hilir District, Riau Province. The object of this research is the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this study was to measure and analyze the performance of the Rokan Hilir Regency Youth and Sport Tourism Office with the Value For Money concept for 2018-2020. This research is a descriptive research. The types and sources of data in this research are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is a descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Rokan Hilir Regency Tourism, Youth and Sports Service from 2018 to 2020 is measured by the Value For Money concept, which is economical, not Effective and Efficient.
