Abstract

Program BPJS (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial). Health for the Pematang Ibul village area such as health counseling, and prevention mainly focuses on changing health behavior. What we can do, however, is to provide an introduction to the various theoretical approaches that are or could be used when designing and implementing health promotion programs and to show how these approaches apply to real-life settings. Public health and its evaluation developed based on the theoretical framework. Program objectives, program components, and types of data used as evidence of program success are developed based on supporting theory. In a broad sense, thorough and thorough regarding National Health, especially Indonesia for the well-known Pematang Ibul Village Area (SKN), the National Health System is the arrangement and method of implementing health development that combines various efforts, the Indonesian nation in one step to ensure the achievement of health development goals within the framework of realizing people’s welfare as referred to in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The problems in this research are as follows: First, how is the implementation of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Health participants in terms of State Administrative Law. Second, what are the obstacles to implementing Health Social Security in Pematang Ibul Village. The research method used in this study is method Observational Research/study Observasi. That is a method of data collection in which researchers or their collaborators record information as they witness during research. The results of the research and discussion that the authors found are as follows: in fact, there should be cooperation between the Health Service and Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Health and synchronized with Pematang Ibul Village, the meaning is to achieve the target and so that people who have Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Health participant cards can be achieved. Especially from the Health Service, socializing to the people of Pematang Ibul Village through the Public health center that Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Health is really needed, especially for the people of Pematang Ibul Village who are prone to illness and also those who have an average economy below standard.
