Abstract

A study was conducted to determine the interaction and main effect of petrobiofertil biological fertilizers and Liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) residues on the growth and production of renek long beans (Vigna unguiculata var. sesquapedalis). The research has been carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Islam Riau, Jalan Kaharuddin Nasution Km. 11, Air Dingin Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. Lasted for 4 months starting from March to June 2021. The research design used a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor is petrobiofertil fertilizer, consisting of four levels, i.e no factor; 2,4; 4.8 and 7.2 g/plot. The second factor was the remaining POC of fruit, consisting of four levels, i.e without LOF of fruit, papaya, pineapple and citrus fruit 60 ml/l of water. Parameters observed were plant height, age of flowering, age of harvest, number of pods, length of pods, weight of pods, number of remaining pods, weight of 100 seeds. Observational data were analyzed statistically and continued with the HSD test at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction effect of petrobiofertilizer fertilizer and LOF of fruit residue was significantly different on flowering age, harvest age, number of pods and pod weight. The main effect of petrobiofertil fertilizer gave a significant on all observation parameters with the best treatment of 4.8 g/plot. The main effect of LOF in fruit has a significant on all observation parameters with the best treatment of LOF in citrus fruit. The best treatment was 4.8 g/plot and poc of citrus fruit.
