Abstract

There are several obstacles in providing administrative services to the community at partner locations, namely the Office of the Mayor of Nagari Painan Timur Painan. The first is that there are no innovations made by the Nagari Government in order to improve the quality of services to the community. The next problem is the Covid-19 pandemic that still exists, so it is still risky for people to come to the Nagari Mayor's Office to get services. Seeing from these problems, it is necessary in this service activity to provide solutions that can be used to solve problems. The service method is carried out by counseling partners, namely the Nagari Painan Timur Painan Government for 1 day. The result of the counseling is that partners understand the importance of service innovation within the Wali Nagari Office. In addition, partners understand how to make simple service innovations using WhatsApp and e-mail media. The follow-up to this community service activity was a cooperation agreement between the Government Science Study Program and the Nagari Painan Timur Painan Government.
