Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze work facilities and work discipline on the performance of the Tri Mulya Jaya village apparatus, Pelalawan Regency. The population in this study were all village officials who worked at the Tri Mulya Jaya Village Office. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling, namely sampling based on research objectives and considerations, while the sample for this study was village officials, totaling 10 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or lift. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 22. What will happen in this study shows that work facilities and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the performance of the Tri Mulya Jaya village apparatus, Pelalawan Regency.
