Abstract

With the development of the times at this time also requires public servants to be able to innovate in the existing service system in Indonesia, in this case the government is developing one of them, namely e-government. One example of e-government implemented by the Indonesian state at this time is a website-based information system. The purpose of this study was to determine the Innovation of Village Government Services Through Website-Based Information Systems in Lipatkain Selatan Village, Kampar Regency and to determine the inhibiting factors in managing the website as a medium of government services in Lipatkain Selatan Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. The indicators used include Support, Capabilities and Values. This research was conducted in the Lipatkain Selatan Village, Kampar Regency using a qualitative method. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the Village Government Service Innovation through a Website-Based Information System in Lipatkain Selatan Village, Kampar Regency is quite good, seen from the aspect of managing and developing village websites, but there are still obstacles such as inadequate networks, lack of a website management team and also The lack of socialization causes many people who do not know the existence of this village website. Suggestions for the Lipatkain Selatan village website are to increase the capacity of the internet network, maximize human resources and carry out socialization to the community.
