Abstract

This research has a phenomenon in the 2020 Nagari Fund Allocation Management in the Development Sector, this is evidenced by the construction of the Kindergarten Building and Polindes Activities that are not running effectively and not on target. This study aims to determine the 2020 Nagari Fund Allocation Management in the Development Sector In Nagari Sungai Aua. Then, analyze what are the obstacles to the Nagari Sungai Aua Government in managing the 2020 Nagari Fund Allocation in the Development Sector. Using the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) No. 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management. In it there are stages- management stages, namely planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. Qualitative Research Methods is research to find out and understand what is the subject of research for example behavior, perception, action and motivation holistically, and by way of description in the form of words and language. The results of this study are Nagari Fund Management in 2020 in the Development Sector in Nagari Sungai Aua, Sungai Aur District, West Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra Province in the Planning indicator does not work effectively, the implementation and administration indicators also do not run effectively, then on the indicators reporting and accountability have been carried out properly. The inhibiting factors in managing nagari funds are regulation, human resources, authority and community participation.
