Abstract

Control of the use of official vehicles in the Pekanbaru City environment is the responsibility of the Pekanbaru City Financial and Property Administration Agency (BPKAD), there are problems related to the implementation of the supervisory function of official vehicles in Pekanbaru City, there are problems, among others, the use of operational Service Vehicles is not in accordance with its function to that in this study the authors set the title of the study. "Supervision of Operational Service Vehicles by the Pekanbaru City Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) in 2020-2021 "The methodology in this study uses qualitative research, from the research conducted it can be explained where the supervision carried out by Pekanbaru City BPKAD, among others, is seen from the Supervision Standards (Standards) of Official Vehicles seen from the target of supervision can be implemented quite well, there is still weak supervision of the misuse of the use of Operational Service Vehicles for personal interests. Monitoring on Measurement focuses on physical conditions and fuel requirements has been implemented quite well, Supervision in terms of Comparing (Compare) and Taking Action (Action) has not been carried out properly, this is due to the lack of proper monitoring and evaluation (monev) by BPKAD and Local Government Organizations (OPD) which resulted in low findings of violations of the use/use of operational official vehicles for personal interests that could harm the Pekanbaru City Government, not yet optimal sanctions for violations by BPKAD and Local Government Organizations (OPD) may impose sanctions in accordance with Government regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline, namely light, moderate and severe disciplinary penalties.
