Abstract

Administration and development in the region can run well and smoothly if peace and order can be maintained, namely a dynamic condition of society and government so that it can carry out activities safely, peacefully, orderly and regularly. Lately, there have been frequent occurrences of social ills such as adultery, drinking, thuggery and murder. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the inhibiting factors and evaluation of the Bengkalis district blood order regulation number 1 of 2016 concerning public order. the method in this study uses a descriptive survey type approach. determination of informants in this study using a purposive sampling technique. data analysis using descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explain that Bengkalis District Blood Regulation number 1 of 2016 concerning public order does not need to be evaluated because it has been running effectively and efficiently in tackling community diseases, besides that the rules already have sufficient and stipulations at the time of implementation in the field, so as to provide good responsiveness and evenly in carrying out each of its policies in implementing public order, while the inhibiting factors in evaluating Bengkalis district blood regulation number 1 of 2016 concerning public order such as lack of socialization, level of public awareness, firmness from implementing units and lack of information as material for assessing the feasibility of a rule that applied in society.
