Abstract

This study aims to determine the Evaluation of the Use of Village Funds in 2020 in Sungai Putih Village, East Kampar District, Kampar Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of evaluation proposed by William N Dunn (2003:610) including; Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness and Accuracy. This type of research is a qualitative type, and the research location is at the Sungai Putih Village Office, Kampar Regency. There were 9 people who were used as informants in this study and to collect and search for data researchers used interviews in this study, after the data was collected and will be analyzed descriptively, in order to get answers about the Evaluation of the Use of Village Funds in 2020 in Sungai Putih Village, East Kampar District Kampar Regency. After conducting in-depth research and interviews, as for the results of the research on the Evaluation of the Use of Village Funds in 2020 in Sungai Putih Village, East Kampar District, Kampar Regency "Good Enough", with several obstacles such as problems found in the management of the Sungai Putih Village Fund in 2020, namely from poor planning, understanding of the apparatus, on reporting, physical buildings and miscommunication between policy makers and implementers. Findings in the field that the community hopes that village funds can be used as much as possible and are more touching to the community in terms of supervision and transparency must also be emphasized, the essence of the three sources above is that the management of village funds runs optimally and the Sungai Putih village is more advanced. in 2020 there is no empowerment program for the Sungai Putih village community, the community should get empowerment so that community skills are also empowered and developed.
