Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Performance Analysis of the Village Head in the Management of Village Funds (Study on Development in Lereng Village, Kuok District, Kampar Regency, to determine the inhibiting factors. The research method used was a qualitative method. The theory used was the Village Head Performance theory with established indicators. namely: Personal Factors, Team Factors, Leadership Factors, Team Factors, System Factors and Contextual Factors. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Villages in the Management of Village Funds (Study on Development in Lereng Village, Kuok Subdistrict, Kampar Regency. Inhibiting Factors Lack of coordination of the slope village head to the Village Consultative Body in implementing village fund management to carry out village development Lack of Movement from the Consultative Body n Villages in the implementation of slope village development, as well as the lack of communication and coordination between the Village Head and the Village Consultative Body. The purpose of taking this title is to find out the performance of the Slope Village Head in managing the Village Fund.
