Abstract
This study aims to explain the Management Strategy of the Mulia Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Improving Operational Performance in Sari Makmur Village. The population used in this study is the Chairman of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Mulia and all employees of the cooperative. Data analysis techniques In this study using descriptive. Based on the results of the research, the operational management strategy cannot be said to be successful in improving operational performance in the Waserda Village Unit Cooperative in Sari Makmur Village. This can be seen from the operating performance standards that have not improved, performance measures with standards that are still slightly improved and a large number of corrective actions for various deficiencies have not been carried out quickly.
