Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of experiential marketing on customer satisfaction at Starbucks Mall Ska Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all customers or consumers who buy this Starbucks Coffee. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, amounting to 50 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that Experiential Marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Starbucks Coffee Mall Ska Pekanbaru.
