Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of office employees at PT. Use Dodos Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used Census Sampling, meaning that the entire population to be sampled was 34 employees of the office. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of office employees at PT. Use Dodos Pekanbaru.
