Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover at PT. Tri Manunggal Abadi Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company with a total of 55 people. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling, that is, the population has the same opportunity to be sampled, amounting to 55 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Tri Manunggal Abadi Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention is 64.4%.
