Abstract

The Collaboration Information System of the Faculty of Engineering, Islamic University of Riau is a system that helps make it easier for Faculty leaders (Deans) to enter into cooperation agreements which are also outlined in the cooperation agreement documents where the cooperation agreement documents must be archived so that later they can be reused if needed by the leadership of the Faculty of Engineering, Riau Islamic University . The development of this system is based on a policy or SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) that has been established by the leadership of the Faculty of Engineering, Islamic University of Riau, so that each running path is made based on the approval of the Faculty leadership. The results obtained from this study are that this system is applied to the Faculty of Engineering, Islamic University of Riau. The use of this system can make it easier for leaders to enter into cooperation agreements and manage archives of cooperation documents on a system that can be done anytime and anywhere, as well as assist in carrying out the data collection process and recapitulation of cooperation agreements at the Faculty of Engineering, Islamic University of Riau.
