Abstract

The research was conducted in Pelukahan Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate transparency and accountability in the management of APBDes in Pelukahan Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the transparency and accountability of APBDes management in Pelukahan Village has been going well. This is evidenced by the existence of deliberations as a forum for exchanging information between the village government and the community, the village government provides documentation of APBDes access which can be seen by the public who want to know about it. The village head submits the APBDes report to the Regent through the sub-district head but there are still delays in reporting which results in inaccurate indicators in the reporting stage of Accountability according to Permendagri No.20 of 2018
