Abstract
One of the texts that must be learned by students at the high school level contained in the 2013 curriculum is lecture text. The text of the lecture is the delivery of information about a matter of knowledge and so on with the results of the ideas expressed in the form of words to the recipients of the information. To understand the text of the lecture, students must determine the structure of the text of the lecture. The focus of this research is on students' ability to analyze the structure of the lecture text "School Environment". Descriptive quantitative research approaches and methods to obtain data on students' ability to structure lecture texts. The instrument in this study was a written test which consisted of 3 questions. data collection techniques are test and documentation techniques. The results showed that the average result of text structure analysis was 83.3 in the good category. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the ability to determine the structure of lecture texts in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalan Lesung is generally classified as good with a value of 83.3.
