Abstract

this research is entitled marketing strategy of the grand elite hotel pekanbaru. the focus of research on the grand elite hotel pekanbaru is to analyze and explain what are the marketing strategies for the grand elite hotel pekanbaru. the research methodology used is a quantitative research method. based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the marketing strategy carried out by the grand elite hotel pekanbaru can be said to be good, this can be seen from 7 indicators namely: product gets a score of 1,652 and is categorized as good, price geta a score of 1.669 and is categorized as good, location gets a score of 1.656 and is categorized good, promotiom got a score of 1.652 and was categorized as a good, people got a score of 1.234 and was categorized as a good, proces got a score of 1.250 and was categorized as a good, and physical facilities got a score of 1.691 and was categorized as very good.
