Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training and compensation on employee performance at the Rengat District Court. The population in this study were 34 employees. Sampling used the census method so that all the population was made up of 34 people. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used in this research is the structural model analysis which is carried out in two stages, namely testing the outer model and inner model. The outer model test was conducted to prove the validity and reliability of all indicators on each variable. The inner model test is carried out to test the influence between variables according to the previously established hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that training and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Rengat District Court. The level of relationship between the two variables is in the moderate category, which means the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is good.
