Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of work ability and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study are employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used Census Sampling, which determined the sample based on the total population of the study, amounting to 60 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that work ability and work motivation partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pekanbaru Branch.
