Abstract

Based on of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 110 of 2016 concerning the Village Consultative Body which explains that the Village Consultative Body has the right to supervise the performance of the Village Head. Because, as in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 110 of 2016 concerning the Village Consultative Body, it explains that this BPD is an institution that has one of the rights/functions as supervision which is expected to be implemented correctly, especially in terms of the use of the budget that has been given. The main problem in this thesis researcher is first, How is the Role of the Village Consultative Body in Supervision of Village Financial Management in Koto Taluk Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 110 of 2016 concerning the Village Consultative Body in Article 52 and Second, What are the Obstacles of the Village Consultative Body (Bpd) ) In Supervision of Village Financial Management in Koto Taluk The type of legal research method that the researcher uses is the Sociological Juridical research method, which is research that studies how society influences the law with the nature of analytical descriptive research, which means a research that seeks to provide an overview, namely by collecting data, analyzing and interpreting existing data appropriately and accurately. clear about the duties and functions of the BPD.' The results from the research that the authors found the Village Consultative Body in Koto Village had been maximal in carrying out supervising village financial management in the village of Koto Taluk, but according to the results of a questionnaire survey where the Koto Taluk community so far has not been maximized because there are some that are still running for the community, therefore according to the koto community in carrying out village financial supervision the Village Consultative Body has not been maximized and the constraints of the Village Consultative Body in Koto Taluk Village in carrying out supervision of village financial management in Koto Taluk Village are Lack of good communication between members, Internal problems related to Human Resources (HR) , Village Consultative Body in Koto Taluk Village regarding technical limitations in supervising Village financial management.
