Abstract

Thesis of Biology Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Riau Islamic University Supervisor :Sepita Ferazona, S.Pd.,M.Pd Email : Tiaraauliamarta@student.uir.ac.id ABSTRACT This study aims to determine students' perceptions of biology learning for the 2021/2022 academic year, namely SMA Negeri 1 Peranap. This research is a quantitative research. The method used in this study is a survey method. Data was collected using a questionnaire and documentation. The sample in this study was 118 people, taken from all students of SMA Negeri 1 Peranap for the 2021/2022 academic year. The distributed questionnaire consists of 22 statement items. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that students' perceptions of learning biology in the 2021/2022 school year. Based on the teaching material indicators, the percentage results are 73.92%, the learning interaction indicator is 74.85%, and the environmental indicators are 81.17%. It can be concluded that the average overall student perception of biology learning for the 2021/2022 academic year is in the good category with a percentage of 76.64%.
