Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Age of Apes, Training and Commitment to the Regional Financial Quality of the Pekanbaru City government. The sample used in this research is 70 employees out of 29 Office in the city of Pekanbaru. The research data uses a quantitative method, namely through a questionnaire. Which has been tested using validity and reliability tests and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques and statistical hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that training has an effect on the Regional Financial Quality of the Pekanbaru City government while Tenure and Commitment have no significant effect.
