Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on work productivity at PT. Wanasari Nusantara. The population in this study were 50 respondents, sampling using the Non Probability Sampling technique with the Purposive Sampling method, so that the sample used was 50 respondents from the harvester division. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression test, f test and determination. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with data processing using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Wanasari Nusantara. This is evidenced by the value of R Square on the job satisfaction variable showing the results of a positive and significant influence on work productivity at PT. Wanasari Nusantara.
