Abstract

Evaluation and optimization are something that is very important for companies, especially oil companies. Evaluation is a process of assessing the performance of an existing system while optimization is a follow-up process of evaluation that is useful for maximizing the performance of the system. Evaluation and optimization can increase the productivity of a well, including injection wells. One of the evaluations and optimizations that can be carried out in injection wells is the evaluation and optimization of the water injection rate. This research was assisted by using Prosper and Pipesim Software. With the Pipesime Flow Control Valve Software, 15% pressure out From various Completions From 01 to 04 ranges From 2345,115 psia to 2385,875 psia and the Fracture Pressure that can be given is around 3800 psi. after FV optimization of 100% (Flow rate 10946 STBD) and 5.5 inch tubing size. The pressure obtained in these conditions after the results of the run is 2732,7692773,567 psi, which is still far From the fracture pressure reservoir. In the Prosper Software, the results in this case are not too much different From PipeSim, namely 2772,567 psi.
