Abstract
Service quality is the quality of service provided to customers, both internal customers and external customers based on standard service procedures. The quality of academic services refers to the academic services provided by educational institutions to students, in this case the Islamic University of Riau. The focus of research at the Islamic University of Riau focuses on knowing the quality of Administrative Services of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Islamic University of Riau. The research methodology used is a qualitative research method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the service quality indicators, namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical products (tangible) studied at the Riau Islamic University Administration have obtained good rating. This can be seen from the percentage of indicators of reliability (reliability) 50% (good), responsiveness (responsiveness) 55% (good), assurance (assurance) 69% (good), empathy (empaty) 68% (good), and products- physical product (tangible) 73% (good).
