Abstract
The village as a big issue of development from the periphery, of course, makes many parties expect a lot, especially rural communities far from the city center who have been stepchildren. Village issues enter the public sphere when the Government disburses Village Funds and Village Fund Allocations.With the spirit of village autonomy, the Village Government is able to advance and prosper its village, encouraging the village government to be able to carry out village authority on the basis of authority on village origin rights and local village authority in managing and managing households in the village. The main problems in this study are : 1) How is the Capability of the Kepenghuluan Mukti Jaya Government in Supervision of Kepenghuluan-Owned Enterprises in Rimba Melintang District and 2) What are the obstacles that affect the Capability of the Kepenghuluan Mukti Jaya Government in Supervision of Kepenghulan-owned enterprises. This research method uses the method qualitative research with descriptive type, then this research also departs from the existing problems not by testing the theory and for that the author only wants to explain the results of the research and not with the intention of measuring. The Kepenghuluan Government lacks the capability in supervising the Kepenghuluan-Owned Enterprises, the Kepenghuluan Government does not have standard measuring tools in supervising the Kepenghuluan-Owned Enterprises/there are no benchmarks in supervising the Kepenghuluan-Owned Enterprises and also the lack of quality of human resources in the Penghuluan Government Mukti Jaya in supervising BUMKep, and also the lack of synergy between the supervisors of the Kepenghuluan-owned enterprises, there has never been any training to improve the Competence of human resources in the Kepenghuluan Government Mukti Jaya.
