Abstract

Agro-Industrial Business Analysis of Pastel Mini Bude Pandau in Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. Under the guidance of Ir. Hj. Septina Elida, M.Si Agroindustry is one of the strategic subsystems of agribusiness, which is a form of integration between the industrial and agricultural sectors. One of the forms of industry that is developing today is the food industry. Pastel Mini Bude Pandau is agrowing industry in Siak Hulu District. This study aims to analyze: (1) Characteristics of entrepreneurs and business profiles of Pastel Mini Bude Pandau (2) Use of production inputs, technology and production processes in the Pastel Mini Bude Pandau Business (3) Production costs, production, revenue, efficiency and added value in the Mini Bude Pandau Pastel Business. The data collected consists of primary and secondary data. The analysis used is descriptive, quantitative and qualitative statistics. The aspects studied are the use of production factors, production technology, production costs, production, income, efficiency (RCR), and added value. The results showed that the agro-industrial business of Pastel Mini Bude Pandau has been established since 2012, is a family business and is now the second generation with its own capital of Rp. 15,000,000 (excluding land and buildings). Characterisrik entrepreneur with 49 years of age, 9.8 years of education level (equivalent to junior high school) and 10 years of business experience. Age characteristics of workers with an average of 40.93 years. The technology used in the mini pastel agro-industry to produce output is by using semi-technology. The use of wheat flour raw materials is 60 Kg / process where the agro-industrial production cost is Rp. 3,485,667/production process with a total production of 200 Kg/production process. Gross revenue of IDR 6,200,000/production process and net income of IDR 2,714,333/production process. Efficiency (RCR) 1.78. The added value obtained from the processing of mini pastels per production process is IDR 88,005.33 with an added value ratio of 85.16%.
