Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Integrated Administrative Service System (Sipadu) at the Bukit Raya District Office Pekanbaru City. The theory used in this study is the theory according to the MENPAN Decree Number 15 of 2014 concerning service standards including; Simple, Participatory, Accountable, Sustainable, Transparent, Fair. This type of research is a qualitative type, and the location of the research is in the office of the sub-district head of the Bukit Raya city of Pekabaru. There were 9 people who were used as informants in this study and to collect and search for data the researchers used interviews in this study, after the data was collected and analyzed descriptively, in order to get answers about the Implementation of the Integrated Administrative Service System (Sipadu) at the Bukit Raya District Office Pekanbaru City. After conducting research and in-depth interviews, as for the results of the research on the Implementation of the Integrated Administrative Service System (Sipadu) at the Bukit Raya District Office of Pekanbaru City, with several obstacles such as the problems found, namely that the community still lacks an explanation of the procedures that have been implemented. established and also at the Bukit Raya District Office must provide services that are able to guide the community to be able to use the service properly, with the existence of the web it is not yet effective for the community because only residents who can access the internet understand the use of the internet. In addition, the information listed on the web is not updated regularly so that the delivery of information to the public is still more effective by means of socialization or delivery, and there is also a lack of fair equality of opportunity, because employees there still see the positions held by the community. Whereas in carrying out a service it does not see the position or position of the community.
