Abstract

Research conducted at the Mandau District Office, Bengkalis Regency, focused on District Integrated Administration Services at the Mandau District Office using the New Public Management paradigm, namely an increase from the traditional public sector to a more flexible, open and accountable public sector. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of New Public Management in the District Integrated Administrative Services at the Mandau District Office, Bengkalis Regency. As for the research indicators of the success of the New Public Management, namely saving, improving processes, improving efficiency, increasing effectiveness and increasing flexibility and resilience. This study used qualitative research methods. In this study, the informants were the sub-district head, the sub-district secretary, the Head of Public Services, General Service Staff, and the community who carried out the management of the District Integrated Administrative Services at the Mandau Sub-district Office, Bengkalis Regency. The results of the study are based on the New Public Management indicator that the District Integrated Administrative Services at the Mandau District Office have given satisfaction to the people who receive services. Starting from the ease of service procedures that are not complicated, polite and friendly service, adequate facilities and infrastructure, no fees and providing services, and the information conveyed by service officers is good.
