Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of store customer image on Kasur Mutiara 51 Pangkalan Kerinci store. This study also aims to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on Mutiara Kasur Store 51 Pangkalan Kerinci. To determine the effect of these variables, store image indicators are used for physical facilities, merchandise, price, promotion, service. While the indicators used are customer satisfaction variables consisting of product quality, service quality, emotional service, price, cost. This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data processing uses data analysis techniques to test the validity, reliability test, t test (partial), test the coefficient of determination r and simple linear regression test using the SPSS 25 application. Based on the tests performed, the store image results affect customer satisfaction by 32.3% and the rest is influenced by other factors not observed in this study.
