Abstract

The problem in this study is how the process of teaching and learning activities in economics lessons in class XI MIPA SMAN 6 Kerinci through several factors such as internal and external factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of economics in class XI MIPA SMAN 6 Kerinci. The subjects of this study were several class XI students who were involved in the learning process, teachers and school principals. The research method used is qualitative research. The results of this study state that: 1) there are several factors that influence student learning outcomes including: internal factors and external factors. Internal, namely Psychological Factors and External Factors, namely School Environment Factors, Learning Methods, Learning Media, Parents' School Time, Family Economic Conditions). Community Environmental Factors (Friends Hang Out). 2) The factors that most dominantly influence student learning outcomes in economic subjects from internal factors are learning motivation, learning methods and learning interest. while from external factors are family environmental factors and school environmental factors. study well, 3) for schools, it is expected to provide or improve school facilities in supporting the teaching and learning process 4) For further research, it is hoped that it can become a reference as material for similar research but other facts, ideas, language and different points of view .
