Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the leadership style of the head of the Dayun District Health Center, Siak Regency. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Dayun Health Center, amounting to 53 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of samples based on certain objectives and considerations consisting of two midwives, two nutritionists, two health crisis management analysis and two administration and information. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used interactive analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style transformational has been running optimally.
