Abstract
Village innovation program encouraging village development that is more quality, effective and efficient through various depeloment activities anda empowerment or remote indigineous communities that are more innovation anda sensitive to the needs of rural communities by using village funds. The purpose of this research is to describe the village innovation program the welfare of remote indigenous peoples in Panglima Raja village Concong district, Indragiri Hilir discrict. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. It is hope that remote indigenous communities will get the impact if these innovation on welfare
