Abstract

With the Covid-19 pandemic, many companies have an impact on government regulations and health reasons to carry out work from home activities, and it has an impact on laid-off workers. This has an impact on the entire company including CV. Mitra Sukses Abadi, where this company is engaged in the distribution of baking ingredients which was also affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, affected the company's revenue. The main problem of this study is How to Protect the Law of Workers Who Experience Work From Home (WFH) Based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower in CV. Perpetual Success Partner? And What is the inhibiting factor in legal protection of workers who experience work from home (WFH) based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning The research method used in this study is to use Socioligis Law research, with data collection techniques, namely by interviews. Judging from the nature of this research, it includes descriptive research, namely research that provides a detailed and clear picture of the main problem of the research. The result of the discussion of this study is Legal Protection of Workers Who Experience Work From Home (WFH) Based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower in CV. Mitra Sukses Abadi has been regulated in the employment contract as a rule in particular but the legal protection cannot be implemented due to ignorance of workers who experience WFH. And inhibiting factors in Legal Protection of Workers Who Experience Work From Home (WFH) Based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower in CV. Eternal Success Partners, among others: Regulatory factors, Cultural factors of both workers, employers/employers and law enforcement. And the ability on the part of the company in the fulfillment of workers' rights.
