Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on the ylpi primary clinic in Pekanbaru. And analyze patient satisfaction at the ylpi primary clinic in Pekanbaru. This study also aims to analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the YLPI primary clinic in Pekanbaru. This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The results of this study resulted in that the variable quality of service (X) consisting of indicators of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, guarantee. And significant to the variable patient satisfaction (Y) consisting of Indicators of satisfaction with access to health services, satisfaction with the quality of health services, satisfaction with health service processes including relationships between people, satisfaction with the health service system.data validation in this study using technical data analysis, variable tests, classical assumptions of data normality, T test, T test, R test, and linear regression test simple using SPSS.v.25. Based on the tests carried out, the results of service quality were found to know patient statisfaction.
