Abstract
This gambling phenomenon can be regarded as one of the crimes, where this gambling is an activity and action that violates the rules and norms that apply in society and is included in wrong and deviant acts. In this era that has entered the digital era, gambling activities have also developed, both in terms of actors and in practice. Like what happened in the Bukit Raya sub-district, online gambling was carried out by teenagers using the Higgs Domino application. This research was carried out using qualitative methods and a descriptive approach aimed at explaining and solving the problems in this study, along with the theory of rational choice which causes children to become online gamblers based on quite rational choices and fulfillment of life's needs as well as environmental factors that cause perpetrators participate in online gambling activities.
