Abstract

Augmented reality is a technology that has the ability to describe a particular process or simulation, which functions as an interactive medium in the learning process so as to increase understanding, Augmented Reality (AR) is also a technology that adds virtual objects in a real environment and allows users to interact online. real-time. It is growing and there are many application media for augmented reality on an Android basis on smartphones that are used by people, both parents, teenagers and children. In this study, building a housing marketing media application using augmented reality technology, this Android-based application introduces the types of houses marketed by Griya Bumi Hijau Puripersada Housing in the form of 3D (three-dimensional) animation. In making this application, researchers used Skecthup software, Adobe Photoshop CC and Unity. At the testing stage, this application can detect objects with sufficient lighting and can display animations well within 1 – 5 meters. So that users can use it outside or indoors with sufficient light intensity, this marketing application can also assist users in choosing or seeing an overview of the types of housing to be built in Griya Bumi Hijau Persada housing.
