Abstract

The development of computer network technology as a communication medium that connects one electronic media to another, and data exchange is currently growing rapidly and has a very broad scope. The Pujangga Hotel computer network on the 1st floor is a place where internet computer networks run with a simple system. Due to the ineffectiveness in managing and using it, this poet hotel wants to develop the existing computer network by updating existing network devices, as well as adding new work units in the form of network hardware and software, which aims to improve hotel poet service performance. So with the addition of work units, a computer network redesign process is needed at the poet hotel. The solution for designing computer networks is the top down method which has the stages of problem analysis, logical network design, physical network design, network design testing.
